Our boy Ryan Seacrest is a bit behind the times, only just now discovering model Courtney Robertson and her Fitness Magazine cover. Ryan says the 25-year-old model is one of Ben Flajnik's frontrunners on The Bachelor Season 16, which spoiler fans have known for a long time now. (Get to know some of Ben’s other ladies here in Reality Steve’s roundup.)

Ryan's spies on the set also said that Ben F. has been very nice and well liked by the contestants. OK, so what made this girl cry?
