Forget Emily Maynard. The Bachelorette Season 8 alum Sean Lowe recently opened up about a new girl he’s devoted himself to — The Factory Girl.

In an interview with Dallas Morning News, Sean revealed his new business venture that’s sure to bring lots more eager ladies into his life: a high-end purse and handbag boutique that also functions as a custom furniture workshop! Each one-of-a-kind piece is made by Sean's friend and business partner Clay Silver, and Clay’s sister Jessie is The Factory Girl’s CEO. We love it!

But now that Sean has a new "Girl" in the Dallas area, can still he find himself a real girl in his hometown — or does he need the help of Chris Harrison, exotic dates and 25 long-stemmed roses? When asked, hypothetically, what would go into his decision to say "yes" if ABC asked him to be the next Bachelor, his answer gave us hope!

"Hypothetically?" Sean says of what he would consider when weighing out the decision,  "Do I think this is a realistic possibility that I could find my wife, and do I want to put myself through that whole process again, emotionally and physically?"

(There's that Bachelor buzzword — “process.” Is it a clue?)

What would go into his decision to say “no” to The Bachelor? Sean answers, "I think it would solely be based on my decision that I'm not ready to put myself into that situation again and ultimately I might have better luck finding a wife here in Dallas."

So if Sean becomes The Bachelor, it’s a total rose rejection for the ladies of Dallas. Take a moment — and say your goodbyes.
