Who doesn’t love a good blast from the past? (Clearly not us!) Mario Lopez just revealed that Dancing With the Stars would be doing an All-Stars season in the next couple years. Although there is no word on who will be on it or who else, besides Mario — who took second place in Season 3 — has been asked, we can’t help but have our fingers crossed for our Bachelor Nation crew.

Only three lucky Bachelor/ette stars have had the honor of samba-ing (etc) across the famous ABC ballroom: Original Bachelorette Trista Sutter (DWTS 1); Bachelor Jason Mesnick’s winner ex Melissa Rycroft (DWTS 8), and Season 14 Bachelor Jake Pavelka (DWTS 10).

Trista was the first star to get eliminated during her season, so we think it would be awesome to see the now-mother-of-two get another stab at the Mirror Ball Trophy — especially since there’s something touching about ABC’s first Bachelorette who was on the first season of DWTS return after all these years.

Also a mother now, Melissa has continued to charm audiences (as a host of Bachelor Pad 1 and, more recently, with the premiere of her family reality show on CMT)... so why not keep the ball rolling! The former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader still has a bangin’ bod made for movin’ in one of those DWTS sequined unitards. She made it all the way to the finale during her first go ‘round, so maybe now, fueled by a new sense of purpose (hey, Ava Grace!), she could take it all the way this time!

And then there’s Jake. The Bachelor who’s never seen a reality show he didn’t like. But you gotta dig the dude’s competitive spirit! Plus, we can only imagine how much it would chafe his haters’ tweeting fingers (*cough* Vienna*cough*) to see him back on the DWTS scene. (What can we say, we’re easily entertained!)
