Early this week, Bachelor stud Ben Flajnik popped up in Sin City, excitedly tweeting from his suite at the Luxor hotel and, the next day, from lunch at Carnegie Deli at the Mirage. Since then, his followers and fans have been on high alert. Why Vegas? Could it be he’s there to… elope?
Relax, we here at Wetpaint Entertainment have discovered the real reason he’s in Las Vegas. Simply put, he’s there on business. “He told me he was in town with a few co-workers,” a hotel guest who had the chance to chat Ben up exclusively tells Wetpaint Entertainment. “He’s in the middle of setting up a big deal with MGM Grand Resorts to distribute his wine.” MGM Grand Resorts, it should be noted, owns the Luxor and the Mirage, among many other properties in Las Vegas and worldwide.
Whether Ben is currently engaged or not is still a mystery, but one thing is clear: his company, Envolve Winery, is thriving. “Ben says that ever since he got home from filming The Bachelor, he’s hit the ground running,” the hotel guest adds. “He says he’s been super busy, but that business has been great.”
But the trip may not be all work and no play. “Ok,” Ben recently tweeted. Looking for something do to in #lasvegas. Any suggestions? Long work day.”
