On the July 1 episode of The Bachelorette 2013, Drew Kenney, Kasey Stewart, and the other gaggle of goons will be reading James Case the riot act, according to previews for Season 9 Episode 6. Word is out that James is angling to launch his Bachelorette stay into a stint as the next Bachelor. But one contestant is on James side, and he’s saying it’s all BS.
Mikey Tenerelli talked to reporters after his June 24 dismissal from the show in Munich about his Chicago brosef, James. Turns out, this whole situation is a little convoluted, according to Mr. T. “What I'm saying is that the conversation with James and I, he did not talk about being the next Bachelor,” the beefcake says, referencing the one Drew will use to call him out to Desiree Hartsock.
Wait, so what happened exactly? “Drew was sleeping, but okay, supposedly he was not sleeping when he overheard us. So maybe he was dreaming about being the next Bachelor himself and thought that James said that, but that was not said between James and I.” Yikes, way to bust a move on your way out the door, Mr. Ten Kids.
So, why didn’t Mikey or James ever bring up their conversation to Des or the other guys? Because Mikey says that he “didn’t believe it was relevant at all to bring up to Desiree or the other guys. It was, like I said, it was just two friends just talking and airing out their frustrations.” You know, how friends do, with the talking, and airing, and whatnot...
Still, while Mikey isn’t around to defend his friend anymore, he’s surprised that it’s come to blows in such a way. “The fact that Drew overheard it and made a huge deal of it — and obviously from what we've seen on the last episode, I'm assuming he's going to confront James on it. I never would've imagined that it would've went that far.”
This is why we don’t ride in cars with boys anymore.
