Well, the filming portion wrapped a couple months ago, with the 27-year-old Atlanta-based star finishing her shoot of the Season 10 Finale (airing tonight, July 28) way back in May. We'd bet she's pacing the floor waiting for us all to catch up so she can live in the now with her man of the moment (oops, we meant "forever"). We're right there with you, girl, since Reality Steve revealed the big spoiler about how it all ends awhile ago. So, who did Andi Dorfman pick and what happens when the cameras shut off? We'll get to all that in a moment.
Andi had to dump 23 guys to get here, the last of which was Chris Soules (aka the next Bachelor?) So, with the 32-year-old farmer (slash MILLIONAIRE) from Iowa gone, 29-year-old former baseball player Josh and 33-year-old super-confident account executive Nick had a Rose Ceremony in which they both got (and accepted) Andi's rose in the Dominican Republic.
For those of you who weren't sure if that was correct, Steve wiped away any doubt we had when he published videos on premiere day of runner-up Nick talking smack about Josh on the plane ride home. He seems pretty bummed as he chats (loudly, violating his contract-ly, whatever you wanna call it) on the phone on the Charlotte-to-Milwaukee leg of his failure flight. In the clips, the losing lad talks about how Josh is super competitive and stubborn, and how Andi just picked him because it was too hard to follow her heart.
Yeah, okay, pal. We bet that was definitely what happened. Never mind the fact that Andi and Josh have had mad chemistry since moment 1, and that he CRIED when his mom said she loves Andi. PLUS, in a recent tweet from show producer Robert Mills, we learned that Josh's mom is Jewish (like the Bachelorette), but converted for her husband! She and Andi will definitely have something to bond over, and everyone knows that a way to a man's heart is through his mother (no? that's not a thing?).
Yet another commonality: Josh and Andi both live in Atlanta, so the long distance separation shouldn’t be as big of an issue as it has been for other couples from the franchise who had to try and make an 8-week romance last while commuting across country for a weekend here and there. In recent weeks, they both even posted to social media from similar areas in the ATL at around the same time — though technically the couple can’t be seen together until after the finale airs tonight, July 28. Hang in there, guys, there’s only a few hours standing between you and real life! Then, the hard part starts...
What do you think, is this the ending you’d hoped for all along? Hit the comments!
