UPDATE 7/28: Wow. That was… terrible. Anyone else feel like sobbing into their Chris Harrison-shaped body pillow right about now? After watching Andi tell Nick “thanks, but no thanks,” we’re reevaluating our entire relationship (with our other fictional boyf). Nick tried to henley his way to victory, but in the end, it wasn’t his day. Instead, he cried his way into the sunset.

Fast forward to “Men Tell All,” which filmed July 12, and Nick supposedly requested a sitdown with Andi in L.A. Though she denied him a chance to talk, the still-hopeful Nick wrote her a letter that he passed off to Chris Harrison to give to her. As lovely as it was, it was all for naught, since Andi accepted Josh’s proposal and is still engaged to her giggling bestie. So much for all that confidence...

Original story:

Andi Dorfman got to know some pretty choice fellas on The Bachelorette Season 10, and we were pretty freaking surprised when one of them turned out to be Nick Viall. For some reason, we just didn’t see it coming to be, even though he’s obviously turned out to be one of her favorite men of the minute. But if you haven’t seen the season, and you’re just tuning in for the finale, we’re here to help you catch up on the story of the guy with the glint in the eye.

Before we get into the real meat of why Nick and Andi are sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G, let’s go over some basics. Nick is a 33-year-old hottie who hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee from 1999 to 2004, graduating with a degree in business administration.

While in school, he was the captain of the track team, and a member of the UWM Post, the student-run independent newspaper. Since then, he’s been working his way up to the top of various customer service industries, and currently works as an account exec at Salesforce.com. Let’s hope he’s as good at his job as his LinkedIn recs say he is, because he started the new gig a month before leaving for filming, and we all know how much bosses like that...

As he mentioned during some of his early alone time with Andi, Nick is the second oldest of 11 children. Our girl Dorf met a lot of the sibs and their hunnies during the Hometown Date in Wisconsin, and his little sister didn’t hold back when she grilled Andi about her intentions.

While he does have a Twitter handle — his bio reads “Salesforce.com  Account Executive. UWM Grad. Son, Brother, Friend. Living in Chicago, will always call Milwaukee home” — he only recently kicked it back into full gear, 140 characters at a time. And in case you like boys like you like show and tell, Nick's Instagram account is chock full of all the best moments in his super friendarific life.

Does Nick sound like a total package? Well, whether you think so or not, Andi clearly does. After Nick snagged the First Impression Rose on the Premiere, he continued on to be consider a #frontrunner, causing trouble with the rest of the guys. But who cares about them, because Andi is clearly smitten! How far does this take him? We’ve got your answer and the video to prove it right!
