Andi Dorfman will be meeting a lot of guys hoping to impress her on tonight’s premiere of The Bachelorette, Season 10, but only one first impression will count. Just one lucky guy will get that all important First Impression Rose, and if Andi’s recent interview with YourTango is any indication, that flower is more important to this crop of hopefuls than any other in the history of hopefuls.

The assistant district attorney revealed to the website that she does believe in love at first sight, even though she has no personal experience to believe in it. She explains, “I honestly have never had that before, but I’m open to believe in it.” If girlfriend’s never believed in love at first sight before now, then doesn’t it stand to reason that someone on the show helped her to believe in it? Our hearts just cracked open with glee.

Confused at our logic? Stay with us, your honor, here’s our argument — if Andi’s new romance (we hope, we hope) truly was love at first sight, doesn’t it fall into the realm of possibility that whoever gets the First Impression Rose is that same Mister Love at First Eye Lock? You see where we’re going with this? The prosecution rests. Dang, we shoulda been lawyers.

We can’t wait to tune in tonight and see who gets that first flower. Maybe it’ll be the same guy who gets the last?

What do you think — is the first impression rose that big of a deal or is it anyone’s game no matter who gets the rose?
