We wish The Bachelorette was on every Monday… usually. But after that super heavy Episode 4 in Connecticut was enough to send us over the edge and into a state of hibernation. So, we have to admit we’re a little bit happy that Andi Dorfman and her remaining 11 guys are taking a week off from the action, and from our televisions.

That’s right, Bachelor Nation, at the end of the episode on June 2 we were greeted with two surprises. Besides the absence of the usual “tense” rose ceremony decisions (ta ta Tasos), it was also announced that ABC won’t be airing Episode 5, set in Marseilles, France, until Monday, June 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT!

Why the change? Well, because there’s a special interview with Hillary Clinton airing next week instead. Although the ABC schedule currently lists an 8-9 p.m. ET/PT slot of The Bachelorette, perhaps if they do show something, it will just be a catch-up review of the show so far? We have no idea, but we love speculating, so please join us in considering the oyster hour.

We have a few ideas about how they should fill that space: a montage of all the billowy shirts Josh Murray and Dylan Petitt have worn; a vignette of Marquel Martin smiling and talking about cookies; JJ O’Brien talking about why he hates normal pants… our list could go on and on, but there’s only an hour.

Tune in for The Bachelorette Season 10 Episode 5 on Monday, June 16. Enjoy your day off!
