Andi Dorfman is never going to live down eliminating Marquel Martin. Never. She’ll be 90 with a 60-year-marriage and 18 grandchildren and the first thing anyone says when they see her will be, “but what about Marquel?” A number of big names from Bachelor Nation have come out and backed us up on that one, including Sean Lowe, Jillian Harris, and Emily Maynard. Now Sharleen Joynt, our favorite Juan Pablo Galavis survivor, is throwing her pom poms in the air for Team Marquel, too!

The opera singer wrote in her blog this week that Marquel subjected viewers to “dangerous degrees of adorableness” and that the Cookie Monster is “the best thing to happen to this show in a long time.” We, of course, couldn’t agree more.

Shar then declared herself a member of the #MarquelforBachelor movement, writing, “He addressed what has been an elephant in the Bachelor room since the franchise’s inception: Race. All while managing to remain composed, respectful, and incredibly eloquent. I’m all for Marquel marking the end of ‘token’ contestants.”

We hear ya, girl, our Monday nights will be worlds sadder without our recommended dose of Prints Charming. Quick, somebody start a Kickstarter! This needs to happen stat.

Do you agree with Sharleen? Is the world ready for Marquel for Bachelor? Sound off in the comments.
