What do you do when you're one of the most recognizable reality stars and you own a successful bar? Star on two more reality shows and then open another bar, of course. At least, that's what Chris Bukowski is doing, he tells Wetpaint Entertainment exclusively.

The 27-year-old "grown ass man" who first appeared on The Bachelorette Season 8, finished in the top 4 on Emily Maynard's run and has been on our radar ever since. After recovering from a broken heart in record time, Chris went on to finish as a runner up on Bachelor Pad 3 before opening The Bracket Room in the DC metropolitan area.

Things have been going great for the entrepreneur, with the hopping hotspot earning Best Sports Bar honors in a local race. And after appearing on Andi Dorfman's season premiere, he hopped a plane to Mexico for Bachelor in Paradise. Now, he's got another big move in the works — and we're not even talking about his hot new relationship with co-star, Elise Mosca!

Chris shocked fans when he announced on Facebook that he was picking up and leaving the east coast for his Chicago hometown, without nary an explanation. So, what's the scoop? "It's a new concept. Without giving up too many details, I can say I'm opening another bar in my homebase. It won't be a sports bar. It's a completely different concept."

Hmm, with all the pics of sports stars stopping by Bracket, we're surprised he doesn't want to keep it going in Chi. "I'm partnering with a long-time friend and my sister's boyfriend, who is a chef in NYC."

Delicious food in an amazing food city? Count us in for a table of... all of us. Adds Chris, "the concept will be heavily involved with various charities."

Chris has worked in the past with some pretty worthy causes, including Alex's Lemonade Stand, throwing a fundraiser in friend Gia Allemand’s honor after her tragic death last summer, among others.

We can't wait to see what Chris comes up with this time around. Knowing the blue-eyed babe, it will certainly be a crowd pleaser.
