The producers of The Bachelorette have walked a fine line throughout Season 10 since the untimely and tragic death of one of the show’s contestants, the handsome Eric Hill. Eric exited the series when he and lead Andi Dorfman got into a heated argument, which led her to dismiss him prior to the Episode 4 Rose Ceremony. A few weeks later, the fan favorite passed away.

The Atlantan came under fire for her last words to Eric, and producers have struggled with how to handle his footage on the show since. While ABC decided to not only air footage of Eric’s time on the series but to show his castmates learning about his death during Hometown Dates as well, the question still remains whether Andi will be put in the hot seat over her relationship with Eric at the Men Tell All Special.

According to Reality Steve, ABC is done bringing the conversation back to the adventurer and world traveler. “I was told Eric’s name was not mentioned once on the MTA,” he writes on his blog.

While we’re not sure what led to the decision, we gotta say we probably agree. This year’s Men Tell All is reported to be the “strangest” of all time, with Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum making an, um, odd presentation, cast members from Bachelor in Paradise showing up to pimp their new show, and plenty of man fighting, meaning it’s probably not the proper forum to honor Eric.

Although, it would also be nice to hear from the men — since we’ve only heard from Andi and Chris Harrison — on how they remember Eric, their friend and castmate.

What do you think? Should the men get to talk about Eric at the Men Tell All? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
