That’s all, folks! Andi Dorfman found what we hope is true and everlasting love tonight with her final pick… Josh Murray! Yep, the handsome former pro baseball player and fellow Atlantan finally overcame his “but he’s an athlete!” handicap with the Bachelorette, and in tonight’s July 28 Season 10 finale, Andi accepted his on-bended-knee proposal (hey, someone get Boyz II Men back here!).

And by the sounds of Josh’s proposal — and Andi’s response — these two were in love from day one. “To be honest, I just didn’t think I could find that love… then I met you Andi Dorfman. My life changed the moment I pulled up in that limo … You took my breath away,” JMurrs mused. Meanwhile, Andi gushed back, “Josh, I’ve loved you from the moment I laid eyes on you… Out of everything I’ve been through, I know I love you. I’m madly in love with you. You’re it! You’re the one I want to spend the rest of my life with, I want to have babies with.” Aww!

It’s been pretty clear from those first few days that the Dorf and Josh had some great chemistry — even if we did have to endure that loud kissing as a byproduct, “MWAH!” However, the 27-year-old had some trouble wrapping her head around her handsome suitor’s history. Josh, a former athlete, is from her hometown and Andi worried he might be too similar to her past failed relationships.

Somewhere around Hometown Dates, however, Andi’s fears virtually disappeared, largely due to Mrs. Murray’s reassurance that her handsome son was definitely in love with the former gang prosecutor (though not as much as he iswith his dog, Sabel!). And while some like Chris Harrison may have suggested that Nick Viall was the better choice, calling Josh her “comfort zone,” Andi went with her gut and chose Aaron Murray’s brother. Welcome to the sports family, girl!

While some might have their initial hesitations about this relationship, there are some positive things to note. For one, those citing Josh’s “former pro athlete” career as a reason for why he’s not a good match for the girl would should know that he’s actually moved on to a pretty successful career as a financial planner — a trait ABC opted to leave out. So he will be a good match professionally for our young and hungry lawyer.

Additionally, they are already residents of the same area, meaning no long distance required! Plus, their lives don’t have to be completely changed around for one another, which can often be a sour spot for Bachelor/ette couples and lead to their splits. Not to mention, both Andi and Josh come from similar religious backgrounds, as Josh’s mother and Andi’s dad are both Jewish. We’re not sure whether that means anything to these two, but it could have some influence on their cultural associations.

That all being said, we’re sure some of you still aren’t feeling these two as a couple, and wish she’d gone with, as Harrison said, “the road less traveled,” aka Nick. Time will tell if you had better instincts than our Atlanta gal, but here’s your chance to sound off. Vote in the poll below and let us know if you’re happy or disappointed in Andi’s final rose pick, then feel free to elaborate in the comments below!
