It’s no secret that Season 7 Bachelorette Ashley Hebert has a great body — she is a dancer, after all!
But her diet has been positively influenced by fiance JP Rosenbaum, who’s helped her become even healthier. (Who knew that was possible.)

Here’s a sample of Ashley’s rules for dieting, according to a recent issue of In Touch:
Breakfast:
Yogurt, fruit, and granola — or she loves protein — eggs sunny-side up “with toast sometimes.”
Lunch:
Ash goes for smaller portions, like a salad with chicken for lunch. But she always eats more than three meals a day. Her motto is: “I eat when I’m hungry.”
Dinner:
Lean meats and vegetables. She tries to stay away from rice and white pasta. But she splurges with chocolate!
On top of a healthy diet, Ash stays fit by working out with her boo (and probably Boo, too!) — and enjoys lifting weights and taking spin classes.
We will say, it’s hard to improve upon perfection!
