Ashley Hebert’s Bachelorette Blog: Jef Makes Emily More Fun

The Bachelorette's Ashley Hebert is in la-la-love with winner JP Rosenbaum, and now she's all about finding Emily Maynard a man. Her mission (should she choose to accept it)? Captaining our favorite 'ship, The Jemily.

Much like the rest of the world, Ash is addicted to Emily's season of the Bachelorette thanks to a little something called Jef Holm. Jef and Emily have captured the hearts of viewers, and Ash is all about them getting their freak on. "The thing I love most about this relationship is that they complement each other so well," Ash writes in her weekly blog for Parade. "He brings out the fun in her, and she makes him feel like a man. He's romantic, and seems to be exactly what she is looking for. He has the edge! Emily wants the edge! We love Jemily!"

Amen to that, lady-friend. But let's not forget about Jef's biggest competition, Arie Luyendyk, Jr.. "I really love Arie and Emily together, but I have this weird loyalty to Jef," Ash writes. "I just think Arie and Emily have one of those spark-type of relationships where it starts off quickly, and burns out quickly. Her relationship with Jef is a slow burn, more intense, and lasts longer…like a soy candle. While her relationship with Arie is a wax candle. I know this is an odd comparison, but its the way I can explain it best!"

We're totally picking up what this girl is throwing down. Though we fear Ash is this close to introducing hemp necklaces into her wardrobe. But what about Chris Bukowski and Sean Lowe? Ashley says that Chris "lacks a bit of maturity to be the right man for Emily" and that Sean "lacks the edge that I think Emily needs to stay interested."

We couldn't agree more — though we love Sean with every fiber of our being. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens in Curacao!
