It’s about to rain on the sunny Bermuda Bachelorette parade when filming moves to England in Monday’s Season 8, Episode 5. Emily Maynard confronts Kalon McMahon for calling Ricki “baggage” — but, luckily, that dramatic storm cloud doesn’t hit until later in the episode, after Em’s had lovey-dovey dates with both Sean Lowe and Jef Holm. Here’s what you have to look forward to this week on The Bachelorette:

SEAN AND EMILY’S FIRST DATE

Sean and Emily take a tour (by double-decker) bus of the British capitol, with Sean adorably pointing out the major landmarks and insisting taking a tourist kissing photo at Buckingham Palace. Later, they have an intimate dinner inside the Tower of London.

JEF AND EMILY’S FIRST DATE

According to the ABC press release, "Jef and Emily have a proper English tea, but decide to ditch their stern etiquette teacher and escape to a local pub." Concerned about the drama surrounding Kalon's statements, Em turns to Jef for comfort — and they end up making out on the Thames River, under the Eye of London. Jef gets a rose, reports Reality Steve.

THE CONFRONTATION

During the after party celebrating the group date's Romeo and Juliet performance, Emily, having been informed by Doug about Kalon's comments, confronts him in front of all of the guys. In the promo, Kalon can be heard laughing as Emily's voice rises. Dissatisfied with Kalon's response, Emily eliminates him right then and there at the cocktail party. Of note: Ryan is sitting next to Emily when she explodes at Kalon, and sneak peek clips hint at a rekindling between Em and Ryan.

WHO GETS SENT HOME?

Following Kalon's abrupt elimination, mushroom farmer Alejandro Velez is also sent home at the end of the evening. We'll miss those earrings!
