Last December, as a preview for The Bachelor Season 16, Chris Harrison named Jenna Burke, Amber Tierney, Courtney Robertson, Kacie Boguskie and Lindzi Cox as the five most compelling bachelorettes to watch.

With that in mind, the (suddenly single!) Rosemaster recently gave Entertainment Weekly his picks for six guys to watch on Emily Maynard's The Bachelorette Season 8. Here are the six guys — probably including the same mix of a drama diva, future fan favorite, frontrunners and a random person to throw us off since you may not even remember Amber.

Kalon McMahon, 27
The idea that he’s a "luxury-brand consultant" already triggers some potential snob alarms. Chris says Kalon is "cocky, brash, and arrogant" and arrives on the first night in a rented helicopter. "He makes a huge first impression, but the big story is, will it fade quickly?" If he’s funny — intentionally or not — he could end up becoming the male Erica Rose. Kalon is friends with Erica in real life and he already raised our eyebrows by saying he didn’t like how Erica represented Houston on The Bachelor. Considering what Chris just said about him, he’s not only failing to do a better job of repping Houston, he’s failing to do a unique job.

Jef Holm, 27
EW compares Jef to former Bachelor Bob Guiney, but even without seeing him in action yet, Jef’s weird hair and goofy vibe — and the idea that he shows up on a skateboard — are all pointing to Season 4 winner Jesse Csincsak. "He's not your typical 6'4" ripped bachelor,” Chris said. “He's an average-looking guy who will stun Emily with his personality and charm. Women are more apt to give a guy with humor and charisma a chance than a guy will." Emily did say she wanted a funny/cute guy, so maybe Jef is the one?

Doug Clerget, 33
Doug is a single dad, so maybe he’s a sexier version of Bachelor Jason Mesnick. (Still love you, Jason!) Chris says Doug and Emily “get along fantastically and share this bond from the moment they started talking about kids. And he's a great-looking guy. Muscles on top of muscles. He's someone America will fall in love with." ‘Cause women are willing to give charming average guys a chance but we’d still prefer them to be charming *and* gorgeous.

Arie Luyendyk Jr., 30
You had to know the race-car driver was going to make the list, since Emily’s late fiancé, Ricky Hendrick, was a NASCAR driver — and some fans were so outraged during The Bachelor Season 15 when the show made Emily return to the race track for a group date. "It's not like after Ricky died she never went to the track,” Chris argues. “The racing world is still a big part of her life. And Arie is an IndyCar driver, not NASCAR." Oh well, never mind then.

Alessandro Goulart, 30
This Brazilian hunk speaks Portuguese to impress Emily —  and it always impresses us, too, when hot men use their language skills to sound sexy. (Roberto “Hottie Dimples” Martinez, no one will ever take your place!) Chris calls Alessandro “this Latin heartthrob who very easily works his charms on Emily." But is there more to him than that?

Ryan Bowers, 31
Another romantic cheeseball named Ryan. Since Season 7’s Ryan Park has already been declared “Mr. Sunshine,” maybe we should call Ryan B. “Mr. Beautiful”? We’ll have to work on that. Ryan is an ex football player who owns a gym and mentors young kids — and apparently he gets on the guys’ nerves with this move: "The first night he gave Emily a note that said 'You are beautiful' on the back, so while he was reading it to her she could see that," Chris says. Sweet or cheesy? Sounds like the guys have already decided, but maybe Emily likes that kind of thing.

Who are you liking out of this lineup? Do you think Chris gave us some major frontrunners or is he being sneaky and not mentioning some of Emily’s real favorites?
