It's the ultimate double standard: The average man can eat junk food and gain 1 pound, whereas a woman can eat the same junk food — even in smaller portions — and gain 5 pounds. And that's a conservative estimate.

So we feel for Season 6 Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky when she tells Us Weekly that living with fiance Roberto Martinez led to her weight gain.

"He's sitting there ordering pizzas and eating ice cream, and I'm like, 'Gimme some!'" Ali tells at the shoot for Us Weekly's Top Transformations. "Since then I've made a lot of lifestyle changes. I realize it's not about dieting necessarily, it's really about making a change in your life."

The 26-year-old says she's probably going to have to change her eating habits even more when she gets closer to 30. But for now, she rarely goes to the gym; instead relying on hikes and interval training at home.

"I like to get workout DVDs that are really hard. I really like Physique 57. It's 57 minutes of torture," Ali says. "But it's so good I still can't get through the DVD!"
