The world got its first impression of good guy Jef Holm on Monday night’s premiere of The Bachelorette. But the more we’re finding out about the company he co-founded, People Water, the clearer it is that this is someone who’s serious about making the world a better place.
To remind you, People Water is a Utah-based company Jef co-founded with his pal Cody Barker. His other good friend, Seth Howell, is the director of marketing. The company’s goal: to help provide clean drinking water to the areas of the world that need it the most.
Now, People Water is taking their message online by launching a new website: PeopleWater.com. Users can now learn all about People Water and the faces behind it and, most importantly, they can now participate in the company’s Drop for Drop initiative. For every bottle purchased through the site, People Water will donate the same amount of clean water to someone in need.
“People need clean water to live,” Cody says in a statement. “Now, through our website, everyone that visits will have the chance to help donate clean water where it’s needed. The new design will also allow visitors to get to know us on a more personal level, so they know that their donations are truly helping people in need.”
Already, People Water has sponsored a well in Nicaragua with two more in the works in Ghana.
Bottles of People Water are available in 12 oz., 16.9 oz., and 1 liter bottles — which are all biodegradable. To order, go to PeopleWater.com
