Last week, Bachelor Pad’s Natalie Getz and Bachelorette’s Justin “Rated R” Rego celebrated their birthdays in Las Vegas along with some of their other Bachelor/ Bachelorette buddies. Since we know that Natalie and Dave Good are no longer an item, we found the below photo to be a bit suspicious:

Sure, the Bachelor/Bachelorette family is pretty close-knit, but based on the rest of the photos taken during their Vegas celebration we’re thinking that Natalie isn’t all about being a “good girl” anymore. Nope, it seems like she’s getting a little ‘Rated R’ if you know what we mean. What do you think?
