Now it's a party. The other day Ambergris Today did some spoiling about Bachelor Ben Flajnik and his final Season 16 bachelorettes in Belize. Next up: A supercool New York expat followed The Bachelor filming in Belize for her San Pedro Scoop blog and gave up the dirt — and included some pics!
Here's a little taste of the initial scoopage, filed under "Scooparazzi's First Gig: Operation 'Bachelor'" and found through the tweeting prowess of @bachspoilerfans
Word on the Belize street is that the current Bachelor, Ben (who started with 25-30 girls) is down to 6 ladies. Obviously this show does not air until he has proposed to one... they are in the middle of filming it now and it is QUITE a big deal. [...] As I was eating lunch, two boats from Ramon's Village of San Pedro pulled up at the dock, 4 golf carts pulled up and the boats unloaded lots of camera equipment and crew members. I pretended to talk to a tourist couple that was relaxing on the beach. With my little crappy camera, the crew paid me no mind.
The post goes on with lots of photos, including clear shots of Ben holding hands with a blonde beauty in a blue dress.
But here's one of the best parts, posted toward the end of the blog:
I set up for some new pictures and I was spotted by the crew (I was right across the street... not exactly hiding in the bushes). One of the crew members got in my face. Literally. Told me that she would prefer that I don't take pictures. If I continued... she was going to be in every photo. She wasn't kidding around.
Bachelor producer Cassie Lambert is the one featured in the photos on the San Pedro site, and she's also the one feeding Ben grapes in the photo above. This isn’t the first time the Bachelor crew has been called out for their overly protective behavior, though we understand why. As much as we love our spoilers, there’s something to be said about keeping a little mystery for the end.
BUT...if you can’t get enough behind-the-scenes coverage from the (wo)man on the street, check out the full San Pedro scoop here!.
