Bachelor Nation VIP, Arie Luyendyk, Jr., is just as glued to his television as we are — only we're actually glued (affixed our hands to a freeze-frame of Sean Lowe's abs, NBD). This dude has been tuning in for each and every episode of The Bachelor Season 17, and he has all kinds of opinions about Sean Lowe's potential wives — in fact, he wants AshLee Frazier to be the next Bachelorette!
"Five foster homes can affect someone’s sparkle, but AshLee is shining bright," Arie writes in his Bachelor Blog. "If she gets sent home in the coming weeks, I’d love to see her as The Bachelorette. I can’t imagine a girl who'd deserve it more."
And speaking of starring on ABC's most popular franchise, Arie has a pick for next season's Bachelor! "Can someone make Nate (Desiree's brother) the next Bachelor?" Arie asks. "We need to make this skeptic a believer. I wouldn’t go as far as to say that he killed it for Des, but Nate definitely didn’t help her chances. You marry the girl. You marry the family. And this was awkward to say the least."
Sadly, Nate's nasty attitude cost Desiree the rose, and Arie was shocked that Sean let her go. "I really felt for Desiree when Sean let her go at the rose ceremony, and I sincerely thought she was going to stay after the long goodbye," he writes. "I mean, what’s the harm in inviting four girls to Thailand? Everyone felt for her, but Sean seemed pretty confident in his decision. The heart wants what the heart wants, and for Desiree, it wasn’t meant to be."
Speaking of the heart wanting things, who else noticed that Sean failed to take his shirt off more than once during this entire episode? What is the world coming to, guys? A week without Sean's abs = us losing the will to live.
