Emily Maynard’s final three — Arie Luyendyk, Jr., Sean Lowe, and Jef Holm — are three of the most liked, respected, and swooned-over bachelors in the history of The Bachelorette. She couldn’t go wrong to keep any one of them. But that just means she couldn’t go right to dump any one of them either.

Every Bachelorette fan seems to have a favorite among her trio, for different reasons. As Chris Harrison tells TV Guide, "You could easily make a case for all three that they are the best man for her. They will love her, respect her, take care of Ricki — they're perfect — and I've never been able to say that before. I've never been able to run through the final three and give you a laundry list of things why they're the best guy."

Sure, past seasons of The Bachelorette have had great final options — Roberto Martinez and Chris Lambton leap to mind — but sometimes the third person isn’t quite up to snuff. (Frank!)

The first three seasons of The Bachelorette were back in the hinterlands of 2003-2005. Ryan Sutter and Charlie Maher were a nice final two for Trista Rehn, but do you even remember her third guy? Seriously, did she even have one? How about Season 2’s Meredith Phillips? She had the usual passion vs. stability finale with Ian McKee and Matthew Hickl, but do you remember Chad Schlee? Season 3’s Jennifer Schefft didn't even seem to find her own final two that memorable since she dumped them right away, but when the show fast-forwarded three years to tape DeAnna Pappas’s Season 4 in 2008, we started getting some memorable final threes.

Season 4: Jesse Csincsak, Jason Mesnick, Jeremy Anderson
Season 5: Ed Swiderski, Kiptyn Locke, Reid Rosenthal
Season 6: Roberto Martinez, Chris Lambton, Frank Neuschaefer
Season 7: JP Rosenbaum, Ben Flajnik, Constantine Tzortzis

What do you think? Any of those trios better than Jef, Arie and Sean?
