Excitement is building as we hurtle toward the November release of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, the first of the two-part finale to the blockbuster franchise.

And now we have a new teaser in the form of a presidential address, just like the one uploaded in June — this one showing President Snow (Donald Sutherland), flanked by Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna (Jena Malone) and describing the "solidarity" between The Capitol and the districts.

But midway through, the feed is disrupted, the image flickering as we hear people trying to get new video and audio online. The face of technologically-inclined tribute Beetee (Jeffrey Wright) emerges from the static.

"This is a pirate transmission from District 13 with a message," he says — District 13 being the wasteland that The Capitol wanted the public to believe was abandoned but that actually is the stronghold for the rebellion.

"The Mockingjay lives," Beetee states.

In case you haven't been paying attention, the Mockingjay is Katniss's (Jennifer Lawrence) nickname from when she wore a mockingjay pin during her first Hunger Games — and during her first act of rabble-rousing rebellion against The Capitol.

And now that Katniss has become the figurehead of the districts' revolution against The Capitol, Beetee is letting her followers know that she survived the destruction 75th Hunger Games arena.

How's that "solidarity" treatin' you now, Snow?

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 hits theaters on November 21.
