During the Season 2 premiere of The Lying Game, we met Jordan, the handsome new stranger in town with a shocking connection to Rebecca (Charisma Carpenter), the mother of twins Sutton and Emma (Alexandra Chando). So what can we expect to see this season from this hunky newcomer?

Wetpaint Entertainment recently spoke with Charisma, who gave us the scoop on Jordan’s purpose in Season 2.

What is Jordan’s purpose in this season’s arc?

I think to make things even screwier and more messy. And on two levels. It really messes things up for the adults in terms of loyalties. People have to take sides, on the adult side, because of his presence. And then, Jordan gets a lot of attention, and it really creates quite a hornet’s nest for the kids. And all that that entails: mutual attractions, hurt feelings. Loyalties and friendships get called into question. Teenagers acting badly is never good. There's some of that. There's a lot of regret. His storyline is about being a really good person surrounded by a lot of bad circumstances. So how does he deal with that?

Has she been a good mom to him?

Yes. But now we see her not being so good to him.

Is he going to keep flirting with the twins because that's really disturbing?

Isn't it?  I think I can't answer that because it's not related to Rebecca, and I don't know what I can say.

It just amused me.

Yeah, there's a lot of creeps. Not so much with the twins, but then, there's the revelation in who he is, and how those family ties bind. It gets creepy!
