There are still more than three months left until the Season 2 premiere of The Lying Game, but that doesn’t mean we can’t spill the juicy details of what’s in store come January!

Allie Gonino (Laurel Mercer) shared some scintillating tidbits about next season with Hollywood Life.

The biggest bombshell? Laurel is finally let in on Emma and Sutton’s (Alexandra Chando) secret.

“So Laurel has a bit of an internal struggle about what to do with the situation,” said Allie. “She gets more involved as the season goes on.” Not only that, but Laurel will choose sides. “Whenever Laurel finds out about the twins, and that Sutton has been working with Rebecca, it has a big effect on where she aligns herself,” Allie said.

The actress revealed some other key details of Season 2:

1. The premiere will begin with Alec Rybak’s (Adrian Pasdar) trial, a couple of weeks after his arrest at his own wedding.

2. Rebecca (played by recently anointed series regular Charisma Carpenter) is plotting to win back Ted Mercer (Andy Buckley), driving a wedge between him and wife Kristen (Helen Slater).

3. A new bad boy named Jordan (played by 90210’s Ryan Rottman) will arrive on the scene, causing quite a stir.

4. Allie’s band, The Good Mad (called Strangeworthy on the show), will perform on the first two episodes of the new season.
