After last week’s epic crossover episode of The Originals, we’re interested in way more than Tyler Lockwood’s (Michael Trevino) vengeful visit to New Orleans — it seems like the entire Mikaelson family is being ripped apart! Most noticeably, though, is Rebekah’s (Claire Holt) huge decision: whether she should side with big bro Klaus (Joseph Morgan) or rekindled flame Marcel (Charles Michael Davis).

The sad thing is that our favorite blonde bombshell of a vamp is conflicted by feelings on both sides. “Rebekah wants to be loyal to her family, but struggles,” Claire tells E! Online. “She loves Marcel, but struggles with that relationship.” Uh-oh, we’re starting to think there’s no right choice here.

“I really think it’s a confusing time for her and she isn’t sure what she wants and she’s easily swayed by people, which we will see,” Claire teases. And with the showdown between brother and lover right around the corner (in the November 26th episode), she’s under the wire to choose sides pretty quickly.

This is starting to sound familiar, isn’t it? We’ve all read Romeo & Juliet. We’ve got feuding families (though Marcel’s family is a gang of vamps), forbidden love, and the potential for death. We have a sneaking suspicion that Marcel is using Rebekah — but everything will work out in the end. After all, love is a battlefield.

Do you think Rebekah should choose Klaus or Marcel? Hit the comments and let us know!
