The Originals is back tomorrow with an all-new episode — and, as we can see from this sneak peek, Rebekah Mikaelson (Claire Holt) hasn’t fared so well during the hiatus. Last we saw her, she had been mauled by werewolves and captured by the nefarious witch population. What is she up to when we return?

In the 40-second video sneak peek into Season 1, Episode 14 (“Long Way Back From Hell”), Rebekah is just waking up from a drug-induced slumber. The werewolf bites she sustained in the last episode don’t seem to be healing, and she’s being drugged with something (vervain?) that has kept her groggy and apparently hallucinating.

She sits up alarmedly and, while we can see she is in an abandoned medical facility, she sees it as it once was: a busy sanitorium at the height of the 1919 Spanish flu epidemic. In her hallucination, doctors and nurses bustle around the room, which is filled with ailing patients. Rebekah is visibly distraught by what she sees, and she is all alone.

Or so it seems. Though we don’t see it in the sneak peek, we know from the synopsis that the now-abandoned sanitorium Rebekah finds herself in was the same one she worked in with Genevieve, aka the red-headed witch who nabbed her, back in 1919. We can assume from Rebekah and Marcel’s conversations that Genevieve was in on their plan to bring Mikael to New Orleans, and that they potentially killed the witch to keep the secret of their own betrayal from Klaus. Well, witch is back and she’s pissed. According to the synopsis, Genevieve plans to “seek revenge and to reveal dark secrets that would destroy Rebekah if exposed.” Yikes!

Are you as worried about Rebekah as we are? Sound off in the comments below!

The Originals returns on Tuesday, February 25 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
