Thomas Dekker takes a break from filming The Secret Circle to get his Halloween on.
It’s that time of the month again, ladies. Time to open up your journals and write a poetic musing about The Secret Circle’s Thomas Dekker (Adam Conant). Why? Because new information has come to light which has caused us to crush even harder on him.

On being a vegetarian: “I was eight years old when I found out where pork came from and it horrified me so from that day on I refused to eat anything pork related, which my parents were supportive of. Then when I was 12, I realized it was odd to eat all meat except for one kind, so I just one day decided to quit with all meat and anything meat related. Haven’t had a bite since. It’s not for everyone but it works very well for me.”
On his burgeoning music career: “I’m finding a bit more of a balance and a grounded mind as I get older when it comes to all the things I’m trying to pursue. I used to just kind of explosively try and do everything all at once and exhaust myself. Before one project was completed, I’d be on to the next. I’m finding with age that it’s better to take a breath a lot of the time and fine tune my previous work.”
On his past as a real life manwitch: “I used to play around with the ideas of Wiccan-ism when I was a teenager but I never really put anything into practice. As to the existence of witches, there absolutely are witches, or at least those who consider themselves to be witches. As for witchcraft’s real existence, who can say? But for something to exist as long as witchcraft has, it does make you wonder if there must be some truth or power in it....”
On his favorite dance move: “Well, currently it would be the entire Monica and Ross routine from the Friends episode “The One with the Routine”. Phoebe Tonkin [Faye Chamberlain], my Secret Circle co-star, and I have learned the routine together as a joke and are gonna put it on youtube. Funny stuff.”
What have we learned? Thomas Dekker believes in witches and loves Friends. In short, he’s our best friend.
