Secret Circle Scoop: Who Is Lucy, The Lady Who Could See Cassie on the Boat?

Cassie Consults the Circle in The Secret Circle Season 1, Episode 12: "Witness"

Note to self: every seance requires dozens of candles.

Let’s set the scene: Rampant boat fires are burning, man-necklaces are spinning, and Cassie (Britt Robertson) is frantically trying to communicate with a bunch of dead folks in Jake’s (Chris Zylka) memory in The Secret Circle Season 1, Episode 12: “Witness”. So who should pop up with no explanation? Some random brunette who says a quick “hey, girl” to Cassie and then peaces out.

Turns out, it’s just Lucy (Lauren Stamile), The Secret Circle’s resident psychic who somehow wormed her way into Jake’s memory just to warn Cassie about the dangers of imaginary smoke. Apparently, Lucy was close to Cassie’s mom (like everyone else in Chance Harbor), and might shed some light on the dark magic that runs in their family.

So was Lucy actually on the boat the night it erupted into flames, or was she just another one of Cassie’s hallucinations? Considering that Jake’s mom, Sara Armstrong, called Lucy by name, we’re going to assume she was actually there –– which means her past self saw Cassie’s future self.

Witchy woman has some major explaining to do when she makes her next appearance in The Secret Circle Season 1, Episode 13: “Medallion”!
