It might be time to call Chance Harbor's local shrink, because Charles Meade (Gale Harold) is a man on the brink. During last week's episode of The Secret Circle, Charles accidentally-on-purpose killed Grandma Jane (Ashley Crow), which changes his status from "occasional murderer" to "serial killer."

Poor dude just can't take it anymore, and to make matters worse, John Blackwell (Joe Lando) is running around the Harbor, wreaking havoc and killing pigeons.

"They’re dealing with their children — the next generation — and what this circle means and how they can use it as a way to survive," Gale Harold tells Entertainment Weekly. "But, also, they’re trying to stay away from the seduction of power. Then, Blackwell comes back into it and all bets are off. Everything that was planned or considered to be on the table has changed. So for Charles, it’s a panic attack.”

So how will Charlie Boy handle Blackwell's power trip? “Up to this point, Charles has been kind of lurking on the fringe" Gale explains. "He hasn’t really been able to address any of this because he can’t. He had to keep everything hidden. When Blackwell comes back in, all those routes are closed off. There’s nothing else he can do. He has to either destroy him, destroy himself, or destroy everyone else.”

Um, is Charles about to go nuts and kill everyone in an epic murder-witchicide? Don't do it, buddy!
