The accolades just keep pouring in for Shailene Woodley's breakout film performance in The Descendants — and though she may have been snubbed for an Oscar nomination (unfairly, as far as we're concerned!), no doubt it was some consolation that she walked away from the Independent Spirit Award on Feb. 25 with a Best Supporting Actress award. Congrats!

"It's things like this that people in the industry really appreciate," Shailene said on the red carpet before the awards. "Societies that appreciate film and cinema, instead of the big machinery blockbusters that are being pumped out, which have their place, and those are great, but there's something so special about an independent film."

Ever the fashionista, Shailene rocked separates for a less formal look, sporting a bejeweled top and tailored black trousers. We love it!
