The Secret Life of the American Teenager’s latest couple’s relationship was a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it ordeal. Kathy and Ethan slowly got together and then promptly broke up last week.

However, it wasn’t because they don’t love each other — Kathy’s adoptees just didn’t approve of the outspoken juvie.

At Grant High, breakups never last long, though. In the promo for this coming Monday’s summer finale of Secret Life Season 5, we see the reunited duo sharing a kiss, and a spoilery photo shows Ethan pushing Kathy through the hospital in a wheelchair! Could she be giving birth?
