Fun Fact: Mark dated his Guiding Light co-star Beth Ehlers and they left the show together in 1993. Unfortch, once these lovebirds were off the soap their romance only went one direction. South.
Mark was just a regular old Joe working at IBM until he moved to Los Angeles and lent his pretty face out to the commercial industry. It wasn't long before he landed some serious soap opera gigs. It all began with an appearance on Days of Our lives. Since then, he's had starring roles in the greatest soap operas of our time. We’re talking the holy trinity. First, he schemed as Adrian, the conman/murderer, in The Young and the Restless. Then, he thrilled as Detective A.C. Mallet in Guiding Light. Finally, he saved lives as Dr. Ben Davidson in One Life to Live! Mark also co-starred on Life With Bonnie, and has appeared in a number of tv shows, including How I Met Your Mother, 24, and Party of Five.
Among Mark's acting accolades are Soap Opera Digest Award and a Daytime Emmy nomination. Congrats, handsome! He also stars in upcoming films Balancing the Books and Mate. On Secret Life, Mark plays Amy's serial cheater dad. But we can’t help but love him –– with or without the hair plugs.
