We like to think that all our fave TV show’s stars get along swimmingly behind-the-scenes and go out for happy hour cocktails just like we do with our workplace chums (it helps us sleep at night.)
Thanks to the wonder that is Twitter, we do sometimes we do get a little glimpse into stars off screen lives, like we did earlier this week when Michael Trevino (Tyler Lockwood) tweeted the following about hanging out with David Anders (John Gilbert/Elena’s Dad):
Now for a little nightcap with my homie..... Mr. Anders! #SomeoneHelpMe
(And considering we know TVD stars work until the wee hours of the morning, we think a nightcap for them equals a happy hour for us.)
While the two pals were about to head out for drinks, TVD producer Julie Plec (humorously) replied:
@M_Trevino call me if you need bail money.
That’s something only our mother would say — which leads us to believe the TVD cast is just like one, big (however dysfunctional) family!
