New Vampire Diaries Promo Photo: A Future Blooms

Whew! Considering all the post-apocalyptic imagery and taglines The Vampire Diaries has been dishing out lately, we’re happy to get a little positivity in the newest promo photo. In the gorgeous new shot, Nina Dobrev is in black and white next to a reddening rose.

The tagline for this promo is “A Future Blooms,” and considering everything we’re hearing about the Season 3 finale, it seems appropriate. Elena has a choice to make, and regardless of which Salvatore she opts for (or if she decides to have some “me time”), we just hope the girl gets to be happy for a minute or two.
