Kat Graham knows how to work the red carpet, and she certainly turned heads when she showed up for the NYLON TV Issue Party on Saturday, September 15.

Opting for a sequined fluorescent dress by Blumarine, the Vampire Diaries star put her fabulous figure on full display in the body-hugging design.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a true Kat Graham ensemble if she didn’t add some serious edge! Taking a cue from the line’s Fall 2012 runway show, the singer donned Blumarine’s futuristic lace-up boots in an iridescent blue.

A matching studded cuff, oversize earrings, and a headband made of her own hair finished off the look. (We’ve got to be honest; we’re not quite sure how we feel about that last one!)
