Vampire Diaries Poll: Who Is the Scariest Original?
When Elijah (Daniel Gillies) came strolling into Mystic Falls, with his unmussable hair and his pocket full of window-smashing coins, we thought, this dude is badass. But it turned out Elijah had a whole family full of intimidating, unbalanced supernaturals.
You could really make a case for almost any of them as the most frightening. As a hybrid, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) is the hardest to kill, and he has quite a temper. It’s easy to get on pouty Rebekah’s (Claire Holt) bad side, and she seems to have no qualms about casual killing. Klaus was actually a little frightened of his baby-faced bro, Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) — and at the Originals’ ball he was pretty eager to break Matt’s (Zach Roerig) hand (and worse). Of course Finn (Caspar Zafer) is dead, but there’s definitely something spooky about a guy with a death wish.
Let’s not count out the parents, too. Esther (Alice Evans) wants her children dead, and Mikael (Sebastian Roché) was basically a bully. Christmas with the Mikaelsons must’ve been a riot.
