Yikes. Things are about to get hot and heavy on The Vampire Diaries. Hot for some shippers — and heavy for others. 

According to a new E! spoiler, “Fans can expect to see more steamy moments between Damon [Ian Somerhalder] and Elena [Nina Dobrev] in the coming episodes…moments that will not go unnoticed by Stefan [Paul Wesley]. You can expect things to come to a head in Episode six.”

We’ll say it again: Yikes. Is this that breakup we’ve been hearing about?
