Hometown: Trevino wasn’t — sing it with us now — “born in East L.A.,” but the Mexican-American hottie was raised there. In reality, Michel was actually born in Valencia, California. (Sorry, there’s no famous song attached to that city. Well, not unless people sing about the oranges.)
Why Michael might look familiar: Um, ever seen the new 90210, The Mentalist, The Riches, Cold Case, Without a Trace, Cane, Summerland, or Charmed? Trevino has had guest spots on all of those shows. He’s also popped up in all three CSIs (that’s a lot of murder and mayhem) and he shot an Old Navy commercial.
A little something extra you ought to know about Michael: Trevino has lost his tongue. Mother tongue, that is. “I was brought up bilingual,” he told Latina magazine. “But there came a point where my mom went back to work and I got a white babysitter. So, sadly, I lost [the ability to speak Spanish.] Now I can understand Spanish and put words together, but I don’t speak it fluently. I’m ashamed of that.” Ay, pobrecito, don’t be ashamed. We know plenty of women who’d help you speak that romance language!
