It must have been a very happy birthday indeed for Chris Zylka. The former Secret Circle star celebrated turning 28 with Vampire Diaries star Phoebe Tonkin (Hayley). The future Originals actress tweeted a photo of herself kissing him on the cheek.

The two were once co-stars on TSC but also dated post his breakup with Pretty Little Liars’ Lucy Hale.
