Get ready to “Bring It On” in this extended promo for The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 16. Instead of coping with her brother’s death like a human, Elena (Nina Dobrev) took the vampire route and turned off her emotions.

Now she’s out of control, snacking on cheerleaders and stirpping in front of Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder). Caroline (Candice Accola) is pretty scandalized, and even Damon tells her to “show a little restraint.”

It’s definitely going to be a little more difficult to tell her apart from Katherine (Nina Dobrev), but it is nice to see Elena loosen up a bit. Too bad it had to come at the expense of Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen).
