The Voice 2013 Recap: Blind Auditions Take Three (4/1/2013)

It may be April Fools’ Day, but tonight’s contestant pool on The Voice 2013 Season 4 is no joke. Celebrity coaches Usher, Shakira, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton are ready to find the next superstar, and we have a feeling that America’s favorite might come from tonight’s episode.

But first contestants will have to endure the grueling blind audition and convince one of the coaches to press their button and turn for them.

We’ve already seen two nights worth of sensational talent, surprising duos, and tragic stories. From comical folk duo, Midas Whale, to R&B triple threat, Vedo, it’s clear that Season 4 has the most exceptional talent to date.

And the skills aren’t just on The Voice stage. New coaches Usher and Shakira have certainly held their own, snagging some contestants from veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Usher did discover pop sensation Justin Bieber, after all. But will their coaching hold up when the battle rounds rear their ugly heads? Only time will tell.

But for tonight, enjoy seeing America’s next set of talented hopefuls and be sure to root for your favorites! Want up-to-the-minute coverage? Join Wetpaint Entertainment’s live recap for the latest details starting at 8 p.m. ET.
