Amber Carrington is taking America by storm with her country twang! This Southern belle started crooning at the tender age of 10, and her voice has been knocking audiences' socks off ever since. Amber has performed at various opry and rodeo shows in her home state of Texas, and was the 2012 winner of Rockwall's Got Talent. Unfortunately, Amber's mom passed away after being diagnosed with breast cancer, but this gal decided to honor her memory by pursuing her dreams of being a musician. Now Amber has a chance to show the world what she's made of as one of the fiercest competitors on television's most cut-throat singing competition!
Amber might be a teenager, but she's already had some pretty great opportunities thrown her way. She was invited to Los Angeles to sing with Katharine McPhee and Kinny G, and her dream is going on tour with Brad Paisley. We have a feeling Amber will be able to follow all her dreams thanks to The Voice, but does this aspiring song-writer have what it takes to win fans over with her dulcet tones?

Amber auditioned for The Voice Season 4 with “Good Girl" by Carrie Underwood, and the coaches couldn't believe how amazing her voice was. "You nailed it, you really did, and I hate Adam right now," Blake (whose team was full) said, while Adam added "You're going to be one of the biggest surprises of the entire competition."
Only Adam turned his chair to see this gal in action, which means she's the finale member of his team!
On April 15, Amber battled it out with Sasha Allen with P!nk’s hit “Try.” In a surprising decision, Adam went with the Texan country gal, sending Sasha packing. But it wasn't the end of the road for the NYC singer — coach Shakira snatched her up immediately after her elimination.
Amber went up against folk duo Midas Whale on April 29 singing “I’m With You” by Avril Lavigne. Midas Whale couldn't compete with their rendition of Stevie Wonder’s “Higher Ground," and coach Adam was forced to send them home while sending Amber to the live shows!
