One of the most touching relationships to come out of The Voice Season 4 was the one between new coach Usher and his finalist Michelle Chamuel. The “introverted” rocker came in second in last night’s live finale, but she’s a winner in her coach’s eyes.

“I was proud of her from the moment we entered into the final rounds,” Usher told Access Hollywood after the show. “So win or lose, I feel like you have an incredible talent and the world has been introduced to an amazing person, an amazing artist, an amazing story. That story has yet to be told.”

Could this mean that the superstar who helped discover Justin Bieber will work closely with Michelle as she prepares to release new music?

“The rate at which we had this incredible connection, I think it’s the beginning of something very real,” Usher said. “I’m just looking forward to her career. I’m looking forward to everything she’s going to be.”

Hmm, that’s fairly vague, but we think Ms. Chamuel has a good shot at getting some help with her new bestie.

“His coaching and guidance has helped me grown an immense amount,” the finalist told Access Hollywood. And on the topic of her post-show plans, “Taking that moment to regroup and think about that next solid step forward. I’ve got some great people, well, person I can consult with,” she said nodding at Usher.

After their duet to U2’s “One,” we’d love to hear more collaboration from these two. Do you think Usher will help Michelle in her career? Tell us below!
