In a matter of weeks, The Voice 2013 will have its fall premiere, and original coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, and Cee Lo Green will return to their big red chairs. Xtina and Cee Lo will be replacing Season 4’s Shakira and Usher in the big red chairs. Each coach has selected a mentor to ensure their team’s battle round success and you won’t believe the picks!

First, Team Xtina will have British sensation Ed Sheeran working on her group of singers. Though we initially thought that the pick was a bit unusual, Christina is known for her pretty eccentric taste and having Ed’s fresh take on music may definitely help her garner a win this season.

Next, Team Adam Levine has enlisted the help of Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic to whip his singers into shape, and quite honestly, we’re loving this pick. Not only does Ryan have tons of experience producing beautiful music with A-list singers like Adele and Beyonce, he’s also taken the Voice stage with Team Usher contender Michelle Chamuel during the Season 4 finale. We’re totally ready to see what Ryan brings to the table this time.

R&B singer/songwriter Miguel is set to mentor Team Cee Lo this time around and we couldn’t be any more excited. The pop/neo artist has had his fair share of public mishaps including a stage jump-gone-wrong and a recent DUI, but we have no doubt that he’ll be able to bring his musical prowess to the game and help Team Cee Lo achieve a star.

And last but not least, Blake pulled out all the stops when it was announced today that pop legend Cher will be mentoring Team Blake. The 67-year-old megastar performed during the Season 4 finale and will now work behind the scenes helping Blake’s team. With Cher’s infinite wisdom of the music industry, we’re sure that she can help Blake’s team achieve his fourth victory.
