The first night of The Voice Season 5 knockout rounds separated the best from the best with each vocalist choosing their own song in hopes of landing a spot on their team for the live shows. With an eclectic mix of song choices, the night was filled with hair-raising, foot-stomping performances. And in addition to the winners (*) advancing, a couple of contestants were saved by the new steal option(**) given to the coaches this round.
