Life is good for Tessanne Chin right about now. After snagging the win on Season 5 of The Voice last week, the reggae-fusion singer is now back in her homeland of Jamaica. According to Urban Islandz, Tessanne’s private Digicel jet touched down in Kingston on Friday afternoon, and the gorgeous songstress arrived with The Voice trophy in hand (maybe she sleeps with it … we know we would!).

She was reportedly greeted by husband Michael Cuffe as well as her dad, Richard Chin, her sister, Tami Chynn, and Tami’s husband, Wayne Marshall.

After the long and surely exhausting journey that is reality TV, the talented singer is likely thrilled to be spending two weeks in Jamaica before returning to the states to continue working on her album and promotions. In fact, she recently said that, despite her musical aspirations, she’d love to return to Jamaica one day and live on a farm!

"Not a big farm, but I love animals and the thought of growing my own food," she told the New York Daily News.

"There's a music side of me and a dreamer, but really I just want to be a wife,” Tessanne went on to say.

Can we just talk about her outfit for a moment? Stepping off the plane in a gorgeous top with sheer netting and a gold collar, skinny black pants, and black and gold strappy sandals, one has to wonder whether the rising star might have a fashion career ahead of her as well (you hear that, Adam?).
