If you’ve ever been to a well-known parade, you’ve likely seen the detail and work that goes into the ornate floats involved. The Voice winner Tessanne Chin recently posted a sneak peek of her float in the Rose Parade on New Year’s Day and this thing looks like it’s going to be quite the spectacle.
The Instagram photo included the caption that read, “This is so cool. This float is gonna come to life for the#RoseBowlParade wis me @jacquieleemusic and@willchamplin. @NBCTheVoice #newyearsday#starttheyearoffwidabang #LA.”
If the illistration is true to form, The Voice float looks like it will have three levels! It’s even more amazing to consider that each float in Pasadena’s Rose Parade is made entirely of flowers. In fact, Tessanne told KTLA’s Sam Ruben that she’s most excited to smell them (it’s nice to know that she’s still taking time out to smell the roses … groan).
Fans of The Voice attending the event will surely love watching Tessanne perform with her fellow finalists, Jacquie Lee and Will Champlin. And there’s no denying this is a great way for these talented singers to bring in the New Year and launch themselves into stardom.
Tessanne will be performing her debut single and coronation song, “Tumbling Down,” but the finalists will also likely perform a medley of songs together.
