Adam Levine Calls Honey Boo Boo “The Worst Thing That’s Ever Happened,” Says “F— Those Idiots”

Adam Levine is notoriously outspoken, but he took it to the next level when he openly insulted a child.

The Voice coach is a self-proclaimed reality television hater, and in a recent interview with GQ, he went off on a tangent about his hatred of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’s titular star, Honey Boo Boo Child.

When the magazine asked Adam if he’d rather wake up “not famous” or wake up as “one of Honey Boo Boo’s parents,” he immediately launched into a long rant.

“Seriously, Honey Boo Boo is the DECAY of Western civilization. Just because so many people watch the show doesn't mean it's good. So many people witness atrocities and can't take their eyes away from them, but that doesn't mean they're good,” he said. “That show is literally The. Worst. Thing. That's. Ever. Happened. It's complete f—ing ignorance and the most despicable way to treat your kids.”

But the Maroon 5 frontman didn’t stop there, making sure he was crystal clear about his opinions.

“F— those people. You can put that in the magazine: F— those idiots. They're just the worst,” he continued. “Sorry, I'm so sensitive to that — like, I don't know, man, it's upsetting. Just to clarify, I said, ‘F—THOSE PEOPLE.’”
